Hello and Welcome

Alright, I finally did it. After two years of having an account I set up my blog. What is the world coming to? Go Lauren that's all I'm gonna say...I got sucked in.

Driftwood

Two posts in a week! That's pretty much a record especially since I have been away from this bloggy world for so long. I guess I've had a lot on my mind these past days, weeks, and months. I've had a lot roaming in my mind and there has been a lot that I have wanted to do, but I haven't moved forward. I've had my reasons, but I will admit that they are excuses. Seriously?

Alright, so the last time I blogged I think I mentioned something about a couple of guys of interest. One of them is a no go and another is still in the running's. The No go. I was really trying hard to like this one. He has a great job, a fancy car, a house, even a motorcycle. He would come up and talk to me after each activity and it was all cool. I soon realized that I really didn't have feelings for the guy. I was trying so hard to like him that it wasn't coming naturally and then realized I didn't like him. There were other things that made me not like him either. Like the fact that he lived alone in his house with 2 cats and how just the other day he called me sparkles. Friends if you know me then you would know something like calling me sparkles would make me want to throw up or gag. Another bit of Bittersweet

This week has been a good meh bittersweet week. My week was rolling as I worked my butt off for my 7.25 dollars an hour job (and yes my job hunt is never ending). I also had some great time getting together and hanging out with friends and family this week. Now that was my sweet part and Tuesday was when the bitter rolled on in. I got home around 6 from work and popped on the computer to check my emails and facebook and noticed that in the left upper corner of my facebook page I had a message. I clicked on the message and wish I hadn't because it wasn't a very friendly how's it going message. It was a hurtful message and part of it confused me because I was thinking about whether maybe other people viewed me in the same way that person was viewing me.
